Design

Created by Katsushika Hokusai around 1831, The Great Wave off Kanagawa is the most famous print from his series Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji. The towering wave and distant mountain have become enduring symbols of Japanese art. This piece translates the iconic print into Miyuki Delica beadwork using the square stitch technique.

Each piece is handwoven using premium Miyuki Delica beads, reinforced with nylon thread, and finished with stainless steel hardware for lasting wear.
