Origin & Dispatch

  1. All orders are shipped from our studio in Yapral, Hyderabad, India.
  2. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
  3. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been picked up by our carrier.

Domestic Shipping — India

We ship domestically via India Post at no extra cost.

  1. Standard Shipping- Free
    1. Metro cities: 5-7 business days
    2. Tier 3 cities & towns: 7-9 business days
  2. Express Shipping- Rs.100
    1. Applicable to domestic orders only.
    2. We use Shiprocket as the logistics aggregator and a suitable courier depending on cost/speed of shipping. 
    3. Before placing an express order, we recommend using our contact form to confirm delivery feasibility for your date and location. This helps us ensure we can meet your timeline before you complete your purchase. 

International Shipping — United States & Canada

  1. Shipping rates are based on your cart value at checkout.
  2. Applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
  3. Express shipping is not available for international orders.

₹25,001 and above   ₹0, Free

International orders typically take up to 30 working days to arrive.
Please note that artificial/fashion jewelry may be subject to extended customs scrutiny, which can add to delivery timelines that are unfortunately beyond our control.

Tracking
